“Niet professioneel! Ten eerste moest ik lang wachten op mijn afspraak. Het wassen van mijn haar ging niet goed, ik voelde de shampoo er nog steeds in zitten. Daarna knipte ze mijn haar in 10 minuten en was ze lui met föhnen. Ze zei dat het te lang duurde en dat het tot morgen zou duren. Ze kan mijn haar niet recht knippen, echt een amateuristische kapster. Het leek alsof ze een hekel had aan mijn haar en er geen plezier in had! Ik moet naar een andere kapsalon om dit te laten corrigeren, want het is een vreselijke knipbeurt!”
