The day-of timeline is the run sheet of your wedding day: from hair & make-up in the morning to the last dance. Share it with vendors and your master of ceremonies so everyone knows exactly what happens when.

Building the run sheet

  1. Create a day (the wedding day itself; extra days like a rehearsal dinner work too).
  2. Add events with start and end time, location and type (ceremony, reception, dinner, photos, party…).
  3. Attach notes and instructions: "speeches max 3 × 5 minutes", "caterer arrives at 10am" — the details that save the day.
  4. Drag events to shift times; the order and durations adjust accordingly.

Conflict detection

If two events overlap or there's too little margin between them, you automatically get a warning. That way you notice the group photos clashing with the reception before the wedding day — not on it.

Practical recommendations

  • Start with the fixed anchors (ceremony time, guest arrival, dinner) and build around them.
  • Allow for buffers: 15 minutes between segments prevents a full day of running behind.
  • Don't forget the vendor moments: setup, soundcheck, deliveries. Put them in the run sheet and assign them.
Tip: export or share the final version with the venue, caterer, photographer and DJ a week ahead. One shared source of truth prevents the classic "ah, I thought 3pm?" moments.

Availability per plan
